Cluck Force Refund Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This page sets out how withdrawals and refunds work for paid items in Cluck Force (the "App"). Payments are made through the Google Play and App Store payment systems.

1. Paid items

• Diamond packs, Golden Piggy Bank, Diamond Egg, Starter Pack, Season Pass, Remove Ads
• What each item contains and its price are shown in the App's shop and windows before you buy. The App is free to download and try.
• Every item is delivered or takes effect as soon as payment is complete.

2. When a purchase cannot be withdrawn

Under Article 17(2) of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, a purchase cannot be withdrawn when:

• you have used any of the Diamonds or Diamond Eggs it gave you
• the item takes effect on purchase — Remove Ads, Season Pass
• you have used part of an item that delivers several things together — Starter Pack (a weapon and Diamonds)
• you have used anything received as a bonus (such as the season's first-purchase double)

3. When a purchase can be withdrawn

• Within 7 days of purchase, if you have not used anything it gave you — for example, a Diamond pack whose Diamonds are all unused
• If the item was not delivered or differs from what was shown — within 3 months of delivery and within 30 days of when you learned, or could have learned, of it
• If a minor paid without a legal guardian's consent, the guardian may cancel the purchase, except where the law says otherwise (for example, when the minor deceived us into believing they were an adult)

If the consumer laws of your country give you additional rights, those rights apply.

4. Where to ask

Refunds follow the terms and procedures of the store you bought from. Please ask that store.

• Bought on Google Play — Google Play refund request (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/15574897)
• Bought on the App Store — Apple's Report a Problem (https://reportaproblem.apple.com)
• If a purchase did not arrive, or for anything else, email shyos0@naver.com — please include the support details copied by tapping the version line at the bottom of the App's settings window, and the order number from your store receipt.

5. After a refund

• What the refunded purchase gave you is taken back in the game — Diamonds and Diamond Eggs as received, the Starter Pack weapon as Diamonds equal to its value, and Remove Ads and the Season Pass are switched off.
• If you have already spent some of it and not enough is left, the shortfall comes first out of the Diamonds and Diamond Eggs you receive afterwards. Until then your Diamonds show as a negative number and you cannot spend Diamonds.
• The same applies to refunds granted through a store.

If this policy changes, the changes and the new effective date will be posted on this page.
